Hoefer offers a wide variety of products for immunoblotting manifolds for screening.
The tank-style blotting technique is unsurpassed for Western Blotting applications involving electrophoretic transfer of macromolecules from gel to membrane. Hoefer tank transfer units deliver results efficiently and completely. The TE42 and TE62 models can accept gels up to 15 x 21 cm. The TE22 accepts gels up to 9 x 10 cm.
The Hoefer Semi-Dry Transfer units, TE70X and TE77X, deliver excellent transfers of proteins from polyacrylamide gels in less than one hour. They use low voltage and require a minimal amount of buffer. Two Semi-Dry platform sizes are available: TE70X up to 14 x 16 cm and TE77X up to 21 x 26 cm.
New ImmunoBlot, PR625, and ImmunoBlot XL, PR645, systems offer the most convenient and cost effective way for Western Blotting, antigen-antibody interactions and DNA hybridizations.
The Hoefer Slot Blot Manifold, PR648, offers a simple and convenient method for screening DNA, RNA and proteins.
The Deca Probe Incubation Manifold, PR150, offers a reliable and safe method to screen antibody preparations.

Hoefer offers 3 models of Tank Blotting instruments (codes TE22, TE42 and TE62) for unsurpassed electrophoretic transfer of macromolecules from gel to membrane. Hoefer Tank Transfer units are designed to accept gels from Hoefer vertical electrophoresis units: up to 15 x 21 cm gels from the standard verticals; up to 9 x 10 cm gels from the Mighty Small II units.

Immunoblotting Systems
Hoefer Immunoblotting systems enable you to perform multiple antibody or probe incubations on a single membrane, using microliter volumes of reagent.
The new ImmunoBlot, PR625, and ImmunoBlot XL, PR645, are the most convenient and cost effective way to perform Western Blotting, antigen-antibody interactions and DNA hybridizations. These systems are ideal for protein analysis, HLA, ELISA and Immunotyping laboratories.
